  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and another when your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Evri, a trusted UK courier. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Once your order has been shipped via Evri, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on Evri’s tracking system.


5. Shipping Delays

Naturally Eden is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Evri courier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Events outside our control, such as public holidays or carrier issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
