We want you to love your Naturally Eden products! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Skincare and beauty products must be unused and unopened.
Items should be in the original packaging.
Any accompanying items (like boxes or accessories) should be included.
You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@naturallyeden.uk.
